How does two-factor authentication work?

When you enable 2FA on an account, you will be asked to provide a second piece of information – typically a code generated by an app on your phone or another device – in addition to your username and password.

To log in, you will enter your username and password as usual. Once you have done that, you will be prompted to enter the code from your 2FA app. Only someone with access to your 2FA app will be able to log in to your account.

If you don’t have your 2FA code, you won’t be able to log in. This makes it much more difficult for attackers to gain access to your account, even if they have your username and password.

Two factor authentication is an extra layer of security that can be added to your online accounts. It adds an additional step to the login process, which makes it more time-consuming and difficult for attackers to gain access to your account – even if they have your username and password.

If you’re looking for an extra layer of security for your online accounts, two factor authentication is a great option. Being 60% cheaper than SMS, we recommend Flash Call 2FA. Try the Flash Call way by Authenticalls. No Credit card required: https://lnkd.in/d2B34_qS
